Hello Sharks,

This email contains more specific Info about City Meet.  The Heat Sheets for each session are attached.  Additionally, events by swimmer and relay assignments are attached.

Warm-ups

Missing warm-ups at City Meet is not an option.  We have not swam in this pool for a few years and want every swimmer to get used to it in warm-ups.  

• Friday AM (11 & Overs):  7:00-7:20 AM
• Friday PM (Distance Freestyle): 4:00 PM
• Saturday AM (10 & Unders): 7:00 - 7:20 AM

The AM sessions begin at 8:00 AM.  The Distance Session begins at 5:00 PM.

Team Area

Westfield has some green space within the pool grounds.  There are open fields on the backside of the pool that are available for tents.  We will attempt to set up our team tent within the pool grounds.  This will be a meeting place for swimmers for relays, etc.  Coaches will be staked out on the coaches side of the pool.

City Meet Fees

City Meet Fees are due Thursday.  Please refer to the last email for your family fees.  You can pay by:

• Venmo (@SCCASHarks) with a comment of swimmer last name and City Fees
• Envelope with cash or check marked with swimmer last name and City Fees at practices.

Sharks Swag at Practice on Thursday

We will have our new batch of team shirts available at Thursday Practices for swimmers who still need one. There is also several adult sizes that will be for sale. Tees are $20 and can be paid with Cash, Check or Venmo.

Additional Logistics

• No Practice on Friday Morning!  
• Remember to sign up for our End of Season Party at City Park Pool on        Sunday Evening from 6:15-8:15
• Monday Morning starting at 8:00am - Last Chance Time Trials for swimmers within range of a state cut. (~1s per 100 yards)
• Practices next week are for state swimmers only.  Coaches have connected with most all state swimmers for individual events and relays at this point.
