Sharks - 

Here are some details about our Intersquad meet tomorrow:

• The Meet is 8-9:30 tomorrow for all Sharks (NO REGULAR PRACTICES)
• There will be no official timers or blocks
• No need to sign up, just show up.  Swimmers will be able to choose as many events to swim as they want.
• We will have donuts for swimmers at the end of the meet
• The order of events is:
  • 8&Under 25 Fly
  • 9&Over 50 Fly
  • 25 Corkscrew (All Ages)
  • 8&Under 25 Back
  • 9&Over 50 Back
  • 25 High-Five Free (Partners - All Ages)
  • 8&Under 25 Breast
  • 9&Over 50 Breast
  • 25 Balance-a-cup Backstroke (All Ages)
  • 8&Under 25 Free
  • 9&Over 50 Free
  • 25 Noodle TripleThreat (Groups of three-All Ages)
  • 100 IM (All Ages)
  • Diving Board Contest (AS Time Allows)
  • Donuts!

Any parents are welcome to join in on the fun for any races.  Many of the coaches are racing too. Hope to see you tomorrow.

Information for our last Home Meet (7/11) and the City Meet (7/17-7/18) will be coming out shortly after the 4th of July.  Our season goes really fast after the holiday!
