Here are your updates for the coming week.

Week at a Glance

• MONDAY - Regular practices.

• TUESDAY - Regular practices. (Trashketball!)

• WEDNESDAY - Regular practices.

• THURSDAY - Regular Practices 

• FRIDAY - Intrasquad meet from 8:00-9:30.  How up for some real races with some crazy ones as well.  Coach Andrew's last practice for the summer!

• SATURDAY - Happy Fourth of July!

Upcoming Events

• The Intersquad Meet on Friday from 8-9:30 is for all Shark Swimmers.  We will have races and relays - some serious and some fun.  These races will not be officially timed.
• We will be hosting a home meet on Saturday, 7/11.  We'll have plenty of volunteer shifts to fill like last home meet.
• The Horsetooth League Championships (City Meet) is July 17-18 at Westfield.  We want to have a strong showing and hope to have as many Sharks as possible compete.  The following a rough schedule for your planning:
  • Friday AM - 11-12, 13-14, 15-18 AGE GROUPS
  • Friday PM - All Distance Events (100 for 8&U, 200 Free, 400 Free)
  • Saturday AM - 8 & Under, 9-10 AGE GROUPS
• End of Season City Park Pool Party - Sunday July 19 in the evening
• State Meet (July 24-26) - Individual qualifiers can compete.  Coaches will also assemble some relays to compete.  Relay swimmers will be invited by Coach. 

Swimming Rules of the Week - Kicks

Our rule for the week will focus the KICK for butterfly and breaststroke. You can learn more on our League Disqualification Themes.
