Hello Shark Families,

Thanks for a great party on Sunday night!  What an awesome way to celebrate our season so far.  And thank you for the generous gift as well.  I am honored to get to coach this team.

• Attached are the heat sheets for Friday.  With combined events, we should be done by 11:30 at the latest.  You can also find these on our website.
• As we have been talking about, our team will need to race like they never have before.  Coaches have been telling our swimmers to imagine someone in the next lane is always a half-body length ahead and our job is to catch them!
• On Friday, please be at the pool at 6:45.  Our warm-up is from 6:50-7:10.
