Awesome meet on Saturday! We continue to improve, show great sportsmanship and add to our list of new state qualifiers and team record holders. Congrats! The meet results, updated team records and current state qualifier lists are all attached to this email. 

End of Season Party: Sunday, 7/16 from 6-8pm at City Park Pool 

We have rented City Park pool for some fun in celebrating the season. Swimmers and families are welcome. Please RSVP on our website here by Monday, 

July 10 at 5pm City Meet update - Friday, 7/21 

The City Meet will be in a different format this year due to pool space issues and the growing number of swimmers in our league. SCCA will be hosting 1 of 5 mini city meets on Friday, July 21. The results from all five meets will be combined to see overall results for the City Meet. We will be hosting Maple Hill, Registry Ridge and Ridgewood Hills. The visiting teams will be providing volunteers for timing and the heating area. This will run much like a normal meet for us with a few small changes that will be communicated next week. Although not an ideal meet situation, we will rise to the challenge to get up and race hard. The Sharks are serious City Meet Champion contenders and with a true team-wide effort, we can swim away with the title. This will be the last meet of the season (except for state qualifiers) and we hope to have as many sharks as possible compete! 

Swimathon - Friday, 7/14 during practices 

On Friday we will hold our annual swimathon fundraiser to raise money for a new storage shed to hold our equipment. This will take place during regular practices, however, swimmers are allowed to come at any time between 6:45-9:30am to swim as many laps as possible. Swimmers can gather pledges and donations from friends and family as per lap or flat rates. Any amount helps and many swimmers look forward to the chance to see how many laps they can swim. Attached is a flier you can use for donations. There will also be some hard copies to pick up at practices this week if you like.

Upcoming Week 7/10 - 7/15 **Unless noted, all weekdays have a regular practice schedule.**

• Mon, 7/10 - Entries for home meet and City Park Pool Party on 7/12 are due by 5pm 
• Wed, 7/12 - Home Meet against FLRP and Stetson Creek at 8am 
• Fri, 7/14 - Swimathon during regular practice hours
