Shark Families,

We had an awesome morning of time trials today!  Thank you everyone for your efforts and help.

It is time to sign up for our first swim meet this Saturday at Nelson Farm Pool starting at 8am.  There will be more information about logistics of the meet soon, but the first job is to complete Meet Entries.  Here are the details:

1. You can sign up through our Swimtopia website.  Click in the upper right corner to log in with your email and password that was used for registration.  If you can't remember your password there is a reset password option.
2. Click on the Swim Meets tab and then look for the green box.  (see below)
3. Use the prompts to fill out meet entries for each swimmer in your family.  The prompts will ask if a swimmer is attending, which events (races) they want to swim, if they are available for relays, and if you have any notes for the coach.
4. The coaches will be discussing good options for events with swimmers starting at Tuesdays practice.  The coaches will also review and make any changes deemed necessary before the meet.  Head coach has the final say.
5. Entries will automatically close at 9pm on Wednesday evening.  Athletes who do not register will not be entered in the meet!

I know this is a new sport for many families.  This entry process is also new for many seasoned swimmers.  But you know what, we got this!  Once you get into the system you will see it is pretty easy to follow.  And if you are unsure, please ask!  You can also check out this help article from Swimtopia if you get stuck.
